Returns are subject to Scentbros inspection and we only accept returns within 3 days from the date of receipt of purchase. Any requests made after that time period may not be considered. Scentbros will issue a full refund or exchange within this three day window as long as they are in original condition.
There may be a restocking fee. We do our best to secure our packages but in the unlikely event of a damaged shipment we can offer refund, exchange, or replacement. The damaged package and all contents should be returned to us within a three day window of receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable and a $10 flat shipping fee is associated with your return unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
